      Pros

      Large multi-national that provides lot of opportunities for those prepared to work for them and seek them out. Good remuneration and benefits.

      Cons

      In a company of this size there will always be restrictions in terms of how to operate and how things are to be done to maintain control of such a large company which can be frustrating at times. Internal politics, but you get that in every organisations.

      Changes in procedures happen all too frequently. Computer systems go down often and outages are a regular issue.
