      Excellent exposure to operations at a grand scale. High level of quality expected with good standards in procedures and safety for such a large company. Benefits are good and the culture of constant improvement well embedded.

      Cons

      Size of the company can make staff feel insignificant to the overall contribution, feeling a bit like 'another number'. High level of quality and standards requires personal sacrifice. The company is also in constant change and restructuring which can lead to frustration and instability.
