Pros

Excellent working environment, good IM, great people and they generally offer a good salary, bonus and incentives including matched giving shares. Great safety record.

Cons

Constant movement due to restructuring which affects morale and personal growth limited in some functions. Moving away from people orientated to role/position/$$.

Pros

Generous pay and good conditions, personal growth opportunities were limited by the volume of work and time constraints, some very good people working there (technically and personally), leadership at the time was "knee jerk" which may not be the case now but endemic at the time. Data management excellent, technical work done to a high standard and resourced properly, some great people in there despite the culture!

Cons

Training was comprehensive and resourced properly, office culture very "political" at times with separate parts of the business throwing up road blocks to stop other parts of the business doing their job. Decision making not communicated well, and at the time, was prone to rash, un-necessary and ill-conceived changes of direction which they shouldn't have to do given their assets.

Pros

Previous management were very work/life balance focused. They were heading down a great path with a structured approach with 1SAP. It held great potential to unlock real value in cost savings, however once Marius left the Baby has been thrown out with the bath water.

Cons

A new management approach from the top has filtered through to the front line management team and unless you have the management style of using a stick you will not fit in and will be squeezed out.
