      Pros

      Good work life balance, friendly environment. day to day duties are relatively stable . open concept office and bosses are approachable and friendly

      Cons

      lots of red tape, processing time for approvals is very slow and cumbersome . lots of system legacy issues that go unfixed and improvement suggestions take a long time to implement

      Good salary, nice people and opportunities to do interesting work depending on the area you're in.

      Cons

      Still very much a compliance culture where people think more about short term fixes rather than long term goals. People and capability levels not fully aligned. However work is in progress...
