Pros

Support flexible work and women in the work force. Were incredibly supportive of Houston residents following Hurricane Harvey. Pay is very good. Casual work environment.

Cons

People change roles so often it's hard to keep up. Communication is not transparent. Sometimes the Houston office can feel like a weird forgotten branch from the Australian mining parenting company.

Good benefits, above average salaries.

Cons

Talk about diversity. Men are just fine. 10 to 15 years before any Brown or Black person is anywhere near a senior leader role through internal development. Safety looks to have disappeared from recent org. chart changes. Employees suffer from performance of senior leaders and senior leaders remain. Middle management is rarely held accountable on how they treat others. Getting anything done takes about six months of middle managers talking about a decision that has already been approved above them. Cascading a message through leadership is virtually impossible.
