      Pros

      Highly qualified staff, good benefits and salary packages, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      The company seems to have a major reorganization about once per year based on a shift change in priorities. It is very stressful and even high performing employees can’t truly count on job security.

      Cons

      have applied a nationallistic leadership view. Loss sense of value in the their employee base to deliver significant value to the company. Focus seems more on transitioning value streams to low cost countries
