      Pros

      The company's leadership values diversity and inclusiveness which is the top agenda currently. This provides equal opportunity to everyone to be able to contribute to company's growth from various perspective. The company really takes care the employee. Good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Not really at the moment. The company is going through restructure which makes the hierarchy more lien which cuts down the bureaucracy.
