      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, good on the ground staff, great focus on safety. Excellent support from site management, support staff if they want to develop even with limited options.

      Cons

      corporate treats the sites and people there like robots. sets unreasonable targets made up by some bozo in head office yet expect us to keep to them. doesn't really listen to the on the ground staff, is very hypocritical about equality.

      Safety comes first than production No high sickness Close to mayor cities (2 hr) and 45 min to Calama airport if you want to live in Santiago Shift 7x7 and 4x3 with 12 hour let's you choose where to live

      Few possibilities of moving inside of the company Poor development plans and salary raise plans
