      Pros

      Really good keeping people satisfied at work and permanent motivation. Salaries are the best of the country and everyone knows it. There is real opportunities to work abroad trough the company and also go up to a management level

      Cons

      Mining locations are far from good cities. When you are alone / single it's ok, but when you have a family, it is complicated the shift-life vs family time. If you are ok seeing your family 3 days a week only, go for it, but I got tired of it

      Pros

      Nice office location and good people to work with. Lots of growth and job opportunities. Company appears to be very employee focused.

      Cons

      To much process and sometimes this makes it difficult to do our jobs. To many system changes and past senior leadership was a con. This seems to be changing.
