      Good exposure, Great benefits, Encouraging, Interesting and good grounds for assertiveness training

      Cons

      Manager loves to Sugar Coat issues and make unfair decisions to please upper management. Personnel with Form But No Substance is promoted and her laziness is tolerated. Please tell the truth and be a responsible manager to SUPPORT your team, if somebody cannot do the job, please don't choose her to please the management. The Best Woman or Man who has the best skills should be given opportunity irregardless of titles.

      Great company to work with but difficult to move around internally if you are an Asian

      Great exposure and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Difficult to move internally in Singapore office as chances is always given to expatriates. Even if an existing employee is equipped with similar experiences, somehow the HR VP approved to source externally for the best fit. Promote or transfer an individual with no substance but excel in public relation.
