      Pros

      - The company really looks after its employees - Abive average benefits (salary, superannuation, allowances, etc) - Good work and personal life balance - Equal employment and many opportunities for career development

      Cons

      - Sometimes big organization means lots of procedures and long 'bureaucracy' before taking a decision or implementing a change. - The company can easily just shut down a project or sell out a plant whenever the management at anytime. (but while you're being part of BHPB family, rest assured that you are being well taken care of).

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Instant vesting in match. Well defined business rules and practices. They now have a subsidized cafeteria as well. The offices are quite nice and a very pleasant atmosphere.

      Cons

      Control freaks. The well organized and process oriented work rules enable the company to employe many less than competent managers. Jac Nasser is now Chairman of the Board and is doing his best to destroy another fine company.

      - Beautiful office - Good Pay - Good exposure - Structured teachings - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Too many procedures and red tapes to get things done - Quite political - Not enough resources and yet need to get work done on time - Too many consultants from other companies - Work done the wrong way round which is frustrating
