      Pros

      company has nice camps Pay is ok until someone finds out you get more and they just take without asking or sitting down with you

      Cons

      Bad pay ethics controlling across the board, looking for your faults not where you do best Don't offer any movement with in your role Management "stop" by to visit only during the day and only for a second ...... disappointing they don't deliver on there values at workers level

      Exposure to top international projects, excellent people, industry leading initiatives, generous remunerator.

      Cons

      Culture no longer tolerates criticism, Micro-management by CEO, slow to act on opportunities, little staff loyalty, almost disdain for employees. Seems unable to celebrate success regardless successive record profits. Walks the walk.....
