      Pros

      -good pay -fair working hours and rosters -very Safety conscious -good training -fair career progression for the "right individual" -good paid leave time

      Cons

      -too bureaucratic, lots of rules, interdictions and procedures for everything. - a "big brother is watching" type of company -high politics game

      Cheap lunches Office location Growing company and opportunities

      Cons

      Formal development for 10 years or less experience. Nothing formal, but wasn't big enough before to warrant this. Seems like several manager are not experienced and were given the role bc of their seniority with the company as opposed to fit for the job. Organizational change management - maybe this is just with the aquisitions recently, but it seems like no time or thought was given to transition tasks or time. Communication - just plain bad

      Pros

      Money, excellent development opportunities, benefits, training programs offered, medical plan, company car, superannuation. Free lunches, Xmas holidays, nice jam rolls.

      Cons

      Getting up early, overtime rates, recruitment process was long and uncertain, contract was late and poorly written, free safety glasses.
