      Pros

      There is significant amount of opportunities to learn if you are mobile. The safety culture is quite apparent in the company.

      Cons

      Perhaps a more risk adverse company. Career paths are not as clear as it could be and there seem to be a lot of obstacles to get things done.

      Pros

      Excellent company with strong professional personnel. Salary and benefits at a very high level. If I had the opportunity to work for BHP in the future I would at earnest seek out re-employment.

      Cons

      An internal company with a hard line of putting like kind individuals in leadership roles. Ability to speak frankly is not very well excepted due to the management personnel that were put in place and their belief of employee feed back when asked for constructive criticism.
