Pros

Decent pension, fantastic (v expensive) coffee lounge, very little pressure to achieve a successful outcome- ever.

Cons

Very poor morale. Private sector implants get paid 3 times the salary of long tried and tested civil servants. Very little pressure to achieve a successful outcome- ever
