Generally a good employer, but the job environment is changing

Pros

Good product and good support staff. Benefits are average to above average in general although matching is not as good as some companies.

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunity (some management positions appear to have been distributed because there was no one else in that area to promote). Upper management does not seem to always understand what everyone actually does.

Toxic Environment STAY AWAY low pay!

Co-Workers and no weekend work.

Cons

They don't want anyone to work from home. Toxic supervisor with no interaction with his employees. Wouldn't say hello to you if your life depended on it. Many other companies in the St. Louis office commented on the lack of friendliness of the supervisor. No perks, No lunches provided, not even a donut brought in by management. Too tight with the money there.
