Pros
Great Management. Very proactive management that listens to employees. Most employees work here for well over 20 years. The company appears to value longevity and loyal employees vs. high turnover and paying bottom dollar like many other businesses. The pay is very fair and benefits are good, retirement is "okay." The atmosphere is that of working as a team with monthly branch meetings. Great co-workers, overall. The company is very good at what it does. The best in the industry! Flex-time, can come in any time between 7 and 9 am. I'm very happy at this company. One of the best out there to work for!!
Cons
Overall, great employees but there will always be at least "one" in the office that is difficult. That's the case here but management does their best to handle the situation when informed. I've noticed the training program for new emoyees isn't quite as proficient as with other companies but likely due to very, very low turnover.
