Pros

The only good thing I witnessed was the pleasant co-workers who can't go anywhere else since they have been there so long.

Cons

EVERYTHING! No raises amount to anything. The management has no clue what their employees do when supposedly working from home. They go bar hopping with friends while on the clock. Golfing on company time and agents know this too. Can't get ahold of assigned underwriters to agencies because they are out playing while the good underwriters have to take their calls.

Great people. Some of the sweetest and kindess people work for the company.

Cons

Lack of executive leadership across all departments. Leadership treats people like nothing but a number. Expects Employees to do more with less. Fails to recognize and learn why there is an employment turnstile.
