Company kept me on during merger with ORCIG, but this company stinks!

Cons

Poor pay, management doesn’t like work from home. Company going through merger and it’s not very communicative with employees about current situation!

The home office program managers and underwriters are condescending, vindictive, slow, and go out of their way to belittle field underwriters. Don't worry about authority, you won't have any. That price changes $1, get ready for rereferral process starting at beginning. All of management is Caucasian and male.
