      Clear vision and direction, well-articulated by CEO Solid (if aging) products play well in larger, old-line IT shops Great colleagues Lots of sales and technical enablement, opportunities to diversify technical knowledge HQ visits/briefings are a first class experience for customers

      Sales turnover Inconsistent performance lack of reviews (salary or performance) Aging (if solid) products are less appealing to leading-edge companies What will being taken private mean for the long string of acquisitions that drove growth injected new technology into the company?

      Management Politics More managers than needed. Hike stops if you stay longer in the company Too much workload and the reasom being improper work load distributions by the management

      Pros

      Gives you the opportunity to learn and gain responsibilities quickly. Although most of my team is virtual, we are able to collaborate daily and effectively meet our deliverables. Decent benefits and fair compensation.

      Cons

      Teams are very lean. After the recent lay offs, most employees have taken on more work and more hours.
