      Professional organization clearly dedicated to exceeding customer satisfaction. Very knowledgeable with a solid understanding of their products and how to best integrate them to businesses

      Cons

      Since always on the leading edge of technology tough on early adopters. The consulting group is sometimes undersold by the license sales teams to the detriment of their customers. There is a lot to be said for using real experts.
