There are huge list of this 1) layoffs : there is no job security at all,you won't even realize that when you will get fired. 2) no salary hike at all. 3) no growth at all. 4) company should have the capability to manage the financial crises. 5) not at all good for fresher's. 6) poor management and management skills 7) ass licking is very important here 8) no value of hardworking employee. 9) no infrastructure at all and no food facility 10) avoid this for your sake at least

The profit sharing process is not managed well and is time consuming (making you do artificial things that don't contribute to the bottom line). There are layoffs almost every spring. The stress level is high, and they often don't staff projects properly. Many of the good people have left or have been laid off.
