      part of large financial institution, stable environment that provides job security; while pay is not as high as it can be elsewhere they do not under pay employees.

      - i'm very fortunate that i belong to a team with supportive manager and senior manager. the company takes very seriously employees response to our annual employee survey. any changes in the company is communicated to all employees. - supportive enviroment and co-workers, in the area i work with

      - comparable to competitors, BMO is paying a lower salaries even with the recent grade increasse received on my position, it's still not comparable to what other company is offering - bmo as a company is in catch up mode comparable to other financial companies, especially with technologies and future leading projects

      You are in charge of your career, but there are fewer levels and big line ups to move up You need to start high to keep moving up. (There is no glass ceiling, but there is a sticky floor)
