      Pros

      Good place to work at! You get what you work for and also have to work for what you get.

      Cons

      It does take a lot of time of your life, but then most jobs do spill in to your personal life and we learn to manage that.

      Pros

      Very accommodating and supportive of life outside work. Easy to move around and explore other careers without leaving the company.

      Cons

      Total compensation is low compared to similar jobs in my field. Contract and new employees often make more money compared to people that are loyal to the company.

      BMO not moving forward together

      Pros

      group I worked for was very supportive and collegial, a place there was opportunity to grow. Later with a new leader it changed substantially.

      Cons

      still siloed in many ways; very political. Can't make decisions - except by group which means it doesn't happen. Instructed working 7-7 was the new way - didn't see any evidence of this but this was somehow the expectation (after exec mgmt indicated pace was important - pace for some was defined as work all the time and faster)
