Now that Canada is totally taking over, they are losing sight of the founder's motto. Fair & honest dealing. The employees are manipulated & micro-managed for the benefit of the company only. The incentives are reviewed quarterly & usually are changed to higher near impossible goals. Plus the incentive values have decreased. They have made poor decisions in their assets & buying so have laid off staff. The quality of employees remaining is going down. They have outsourced so many departments & operations one doesn't know what the other does or works together. I have been a full time employee for 17 years and have felt my pride of the company deteriorating at a steady pace. Banking is changing but only because corporate is forcing it on employees & customers. I'd like to see BMO be a leader and listen to the people.
