BNSF does not like TY&E. BNSF blames everything on TY&E. Just watch the STB hearing on YouTube. Matt Garland or Katie Farmer have never worked as a conductor or engineer. So they have no idea how hard it is to be fully rested for a 12 trip. The phone will ring any time. BNSF TY&E do not receive holidays off like the corporate folks. The trips have gotten longer thanks to PSR. Don’t believe their bull about them not doing it. I see it every trip. They cut operating ratio to a bare minimum all while giving themselves bonuses. It is a us (TY&E) against them (management) work environment. We cannot get away with anything there are cameras inside and outside the locomotives, inside and outside the depot, in the yard. So they can’t blame us for their poor service to customers. It’s all in their lack of planning and accountability.
