Salary structure is very poor,the management is at its worst, trust me you don't wanna work there . No career growth unless until you butter the management. The cab facility and sodexo facilities is below par nothing much great. Hike happens every year but they only increase a penny from your ctc. Work pressure is definitely there but less pay less ctc less shift allowance. Most of all this management does not look at your performance instead they only see your caste, regional language so on,very biased. The management all the work to be done perfectly even if it's kills the employees they don't bother. I have been working here at this company for almost 3 years and nothing seems to improve, I did not even get a proper hike, I work my life off for this company but no benefit at all

Night shifts are mandatory for all. Back end processing only. No scope of increments or rise in package. Managers put unnecessary pressure and dictatorship prevails as the TL or Managers hold a lot of power. Zero work ethics in the management. Only Favourism can get you a promotion. Lot of politics and non deserving employees sitting at influencial positions. HR cluster is useless. No body does their work properly and can only be seen loitering in the workspace or canteen. Work is terrible. They're hiring MBAs to do data entry and other entry level jobs while the Managers are mostly only graduates. Fresher's are unable to speak fluent English and there is no standard of hiring in the employees. The company is overfilled with labour when there is no work to do. Employees hardly work for 3-4 hours and the rest is wasted. Unnecessary harrasment by managers if you don't follow their ideas or have different opinions. Literally half of the processes can be automated. But the CEO doesn't care about this and they are still using ancient technology. Pay is way below the industry standards.
