401k match, accessibility for transit stops near office.

Cons

Very toxic workspace, increasing micromanagement, slow rollbacks of benefits (401k match yearly instead of quarterly, RTO, work from anywhere being more strict/inflexible), lowest morale I've ever seen at a job, fake midyear/end year reviews.

Cons

Bad upper management, clueless restructuring. Tone deaf reduction of pay rises/bonuses whilst giving huge bonuses to C-level.
