Pros

Work-life balance, Minimal growth, Very less space for innovation(depends on team actually, if you are in platform/shared services team, your scope will be larger), All the deployments in Prod will be done on Saturday morning/Sunday morning(If something goes wrong, your weekend goes as well), Too much of paper work before pushing anything to production.

Cons

Growth, Promotions are very less & seniority is considered, Compensation is very less compared to product-based companies

Pros

They're working on becoming more tech-oriented. Decent collaboration.

Cons

Lot of red-tape/bureaucracy when you're trying to simply download an IDE or a tool you need to do your work. HR tried to avoid paying current employees the same amount as incoming new-hires in the same position.
