      Benefits have improved over the years 2000 to present Firm is trying to stay competitive Firm is starting to consider importance around technology

      Cons

      The firm has biased management style. Many teams are grouped by race and there is obvious action to diversify teams. There are teams of where it's mostly Jewish or Indian and there is favoritism for promotion and merit awards.

      Pros

      Good start. stable and opportunities if you are in a growth centre. The people are amazing to work with so lifts up the whole experience.

      Cons

      The salary is very poor and there is a lot pressure in my department for very little reward, makes it diffucult.
