      Pros

      Great training staff PTO decent options for advancement.. IF the Retail dept. doesn't find some reason to sabotage your advancement.

      Cons

      Incompetent management staff who are stuff in their ways and hardly acknowledges feedback from their staff. The pay is pathetic compared to others Nit picking, nit picking and more nit picking.

      Pros

      Great for entry-level or those with irrelevant prior experience. Highly motivated individuals will find it exceedingly easy to succeed and stand out in a company where everyone strives to hit minimum work expectations (This is only a pro if you are a highly motivated individual).

      Cons

      Minimizing payroll expense is BNY Mellons greatest achievement. Great for the bottom line this year, but what will happen when all of the quality employees are hired on by the competition or move to other jobs? Recruiting and retaining the cheapest employees on Earth cannot be a sustainable strategy.
