You work with the latest tech stacks. There is a company wide initiative to upgrade the entire infrastructure to the latest technologies. Amazing benefits.

Cons

There is a strong lack of diversity in the company. There is also a strong lack of work/life balance during the remote era, but while in-person, it was absolutely fine. Biggest complaint is how bad the software support/IT is structured. It can be weeks to get approval or permission for anything.
