Pros

- Depending on the team, it can be pretty "chill", if you're looking for a place that doesn't have high expectations, and bare minimum is okay - Stable

Cons

- Grossly paying under market...this was the case even before pandemic, and they have done nothing even afterwards - Incentives mediocrity, and 'punishes' the few talented people by overloading them - Not an engineering company younger engineers want to work for by default, and yet still does nothing to help bridge the gap and attract talent - Relies heavily on a "small onshore team"/"massive offshore team" - Doesn't try to retain talent either (everyone is replaceable to them), and have had mass exodus of talent, with little top talent remaining
