Pros

Competitive pay . Bi-lingual difference pay . Great 401k plan. Small bank feel , same customers visit . Vacation , and personal time offered.

Cons

Management should stay until closing time . Products are not for every customer . They only want High value clientele . Short staff , only 5 employees to a branch.

Generous 401k match, small enough that you can get to know the executives, they proactively ask how we think the company could be better, good community involvement.

Cons

Hard to get raises without a promotion. Negotiate at the start or you're basically stuck.

-Benefits are good -401k matching that escalates the longer you work there -Challenging work -good vacation time -They will work with you to progress in your current position and help you find other positions in the bank. They try to keep good talent! -Management has a flat structure

Cons

-Pay is average, but I think they reward good work. -Corporate hours can be a little long but that is probably typical
