Pros

There is always something new going on which keeps me on my toes and makes each day go by fast. BSI is also a very flexible company when time is needed for appts, etc. They care about their employees and their families. I enjoy what I do every day and I love working with all my different employees.

Cons

It is a very fast paced environment and from time to time that can be a bit overwhelming.

Pros

You'll work with a number of people with years of industry experience that are very good at what they do. Most are more than happy to explain their processes to you if asked at an appropriate time so there is opportunity to learn the industry beyond your role. Depending on your role, you may be in office, WFH, or hybrid.

Cons

There seems to be focus on hard skills over soft skills when recruiting leadership roles: you may have a leader or you may have a boss but you'll likely work with both.
