      Pros

      Growing company! Good paid time off, some flexibility in schedules, fast paced (I like that), and it challenges me. Casual environment and most are friendly (but any company has some that are not friendly). Overall a good company. As the company is growing things are changing for the better.

      Cons

      Company paid family benefits would be nice.

      very good work life balance; manager very free wheeling

      Cons

      no room for growth, no long term forcast, minimum controls on employee's perfromance affecting the company's performance as a whole; Owner too frugal sacrificing important elements which contributes to company's growth

      Pros

      Lunch break was an hour.

      Cons

      The training was very poor and promotions never happened. No one worked together, they worked against eachother. Also, management didn't know how to do there job.
