      Pros

      Many executives were great people, many coworkers were great people.

      Cons

      Middle management clueless on how to manage or lead, very poor moral, very poor training, extremely high expectations for very little money. If you are a single parent look elsewhere for a job.

      Pros

      Incredible BK & FC Department team of very dedicated and talented individuals, management encourages autonomy and input from all team members, hard work is always recognized and rewarded. The department manager is always available, open to ideas, team oriented, morale oriented, looking out for the team and pushing us to shine, also allowing flexibility in our work schedule and remote work schedule. Very tight knit team atmosphere promoted and supported by the manager.

      Cons

      Lack of corporate participation to assist the branch in implementing policies and procedures as well as additional training.

      Pros

      There is not much to appreciate at BSI but a meager steady paycheck.

      Cons

      Horrible wages, benefits, inexperienced and careless management. No training- departments are not set up to handle work load. Lacking technology, working off of spreadsheets going into 2017 to manage process flows. Most departments do not have process flows or adequate policies creating major issues for clients, borrowers, vendors, etc Anyone of intellectual integrity never lasts long. HR department is horribly petty and small town minded. Very low employee morale. Don't waste your time or comprise your dignity here.
