There are none. They want contractors that are insured but don't want to pay after the work has been completed.

Cons

They will not return calls or pay what they owe! Had us take hundreds of pictures and do all their paperwork then didn't pay! REO companies are all the same. Contractors if BSI calls you hang up!

There are no pros about this company. This company is a paycheck and that is it. Awful awful, is the only thing I can say.

Cons

Bad Management, Bad business structure, non performing systems and software, poor work/life balance, poor vacation time process, medical benefits awful.
