Looking for a position that provides the same thin g day I day out this is a great position, perhaps for someone that has no desire to progress in their career.
Cons
This company is poorly ran in the loss mitigation department. The management is extremely rude unprofessional and childish. I have never experienced a company that everyone was so unhappy and the management be so disconnected from the reality of the floor. There was no support for a new hire and when I wss given any external opportunity I ran with that option. Upon giving my notice that is when the abuse started from managament, being asked to complete tasks that were out of my scope of work and that no one else was being asked to do. If you have any self respect for yourself please avoid this company.
