      Pros

      Great leadership team that is dedicated to improving the customer and employee experience. Aggressive plans for growth which will create opportunities for all employees. Improvements in training, communications and overall culture.

      Cons

      Still lot of processes to develop and iron out. Communication between departments needs to improve. Benefits better but still room for improvement.

      Great Company with Great Potential

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Management cares about their people and is putting in the time and energy to set the company up for long term success. Lots of growth potential for someone that wants to develop in their career.

      Cons

      Company has grown quite a bit in a short period of time and the processes are still trying to catch up. While making strides to update the benefits, there is still room for improvement.
