      Pros

      I've been in corporate offices for 22 years, from companies with 15 employees in the corporate office to Fortune 500 companies, and this is by far the best corporate culture I have worked in. I've never been at a company where senior management is as open and engaging with the entire staff. I believe in the company's vision. They are forward thinking and the CEO is the most transparent leader I've ever had. Employees are required to be in the office about 3 days a month and the company usually plans fun events for the employees on those days to engage with each other. In my experience, the team all pulls in the same direction and teams are not near as siloed or toxically competitive as other places I've been.

      Cons

      If I had to list something I would like a stronger 401K match, but that is more industry wide than BSI specific.

      Worked at home during covid

      Cons

      I was promoted to loss mitigation and there was no training whatsoever. They gave me 4 binders full of notes and basically I had to train myself.

      Thank you for your feedback. Aside for a few departments that come in everyday, we continue to follow a Hybrid work schedule across the Company and allow employees to determine what works best for them. Our employees continue to appreciate this flexibility. We understand your frustrations regarding training. That said, we've made tremendous progress building role based curriculums across all Loss Mit positions. We also conducted a refresher course and will continue facilitating periodic upskill sessions.       Pros

      Medium size company where you are not just a number. Work side by side with your teammates in sales and operations Portfolios loans - work leads from existing customers who already know and trust the company Your opinion matters and is heard to help make changes Everyone is approachable and willing to help jump in when needed

      Cons

      we use several different systems and not all of them communicate with one another so there is some redundancy entering information in several places. IT is working to improve this but for now it can take some extra time
