In office only 3-6 days per month Great culture They use similar software to most companies like encompass and velocify

Cons

The company doesn’t have a ton of openings so when u start you may be in training by yourself vs a class with multiple people

You're right, oftentimes new hire classes are small; we'd like to group new hires so we have larger classes but sometimes business needs dictate otherwise. Good advice on starting our spending more time in the office...definitely helps speed up onboarding and learning the lay of the land! As you may know, we recently conducted a benefit survey with our employees as we prepare for 2025 benefit period. Upper management treats employees terribly. No organization and no training.

We're sorry for your experience at BSI and encourage you to reach out to discuss any concerns with your Manager, his/her Manager, or contact a member of the HR team. We do have to disagree with your training comment. While there is certainly more we can do, BSI employees completed just shy of 16000 hours of training last fiscal year.
