Pros

BSI is a growing company. A lot of potential for personal growth in a challenging environment. Employees are very dedicated and a joy to work with. BSI offers great benefits including extremely generous paid time off, 401K and company paid life insurance policy for it's employees. I would highly recommend BSI.

Cons

Very fast-paced environment may not be suitable for those that like lots of down time.

Bodacious work stories to go home and re-enact to your roommates, free beverages and great colleagues

Cons

No consideration to senority whatsoever when new positions are created. Most management positions were held by men.
