      Pros

      If you like taking away peoples' homes, this place is for you! Because that's all you'll do! It doesn't matter what department you're in; you're foreclosing on people.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations on behalf of the managers. Software that's straight out of the mid-90s, No sense of professionalism with regard to scheduling or requests for time off.

      Pros

      There are none. They want contractors that are insured but don't want to pay after the work has been completed.

      Cons

      They will not return calls or pay what they owe! Had us take hundreds of pictures and do all their paperwork then didn't pay! REO companies are all the same. Contractors if BSI calls you hang up!
