There are no pros about this company. This company is a paycheck and that is it. Awful awful, is the only thing I can say.

-reluctancy to help and work as a team towards the objective. -no amicable competition, only critiquing of each other's personality and work, and yet no constructive criticism. -constant looming subliminal threat of possible re-engineering of company at every Tuesday meeting - i.e you could just lose your job at any moment. - it is just sad, worthless of a review and that is not being bias either.
