      Pros

      - PTO benefits are nice and floating holidays are also a plus. - Location is nice. Easy to get to and close to a few restaurants. - Have weekends off.

      Cons

      -Health Insurance cost too much for the little that you get. -Company does not work as a team. Each department is separated and points fingers at each other rather working together to fix the problem. Communication is also a problem. -Don't feel appreciated as an employee. -Pay could be better. Current pay does not help make ends meet. - Parking is a nightmare. Get here early or you may not get a spot.

      Pros

      Growing company! Good paid time off, some flexibility in schedules, fast paced (I like that), and it challenges me. Casual environment and most are friendly (but any company has some that are not friendly). Overall a good company. As the company is growing things are changing for the better.

      Cons

      Company paid family benefits would be nice.

      Pros

      Management is easy to talk to and willing help, time off when needed. Room for advancement if you do a good job. Great atmosphere in the office, surprising amount of camaraderie.Decent pay for the area.

      Cons

      Sitting at a desk on a computer all day, kind of a learn as you go type of job, if you are not good at teaching yourself you may find some positions in this office to be difficult to manage.
