I recommend this company to anyone who wants to improve themselves by coordinating with experts around to make wise decisions at times. People tend to move into different projects internally in BT. So, don't be surprised if you don't see the person who was sitting next to you doesn't show up any more.

Cons

Job security is not great nowadays but better if you work as a vendor for BT rather than their regular employee as the benefits are more and BT spends a lot for 3rd party than their own employee .

Pros

Senior management from UK is very good, they support you in every aspect. You will have good work-life balance here. Flexible working hours, no strick timings to be on floor, wfh is available all the time.

Cons

Vertical growth is very slow. Depends on your project on your technical exposure. Less or no on-site, but your vendor will get chance to work from there even when are under you.
