A wide range of perks, including free Phone, Broadband and TV package, healthcare and company car.

Cons

Too much nepotism and closed cliques promoting each other, with no real career progression opportunity. Even when I offered to undertake training in my own time, management preferred to bring in contractors or even employ others into more senior roles, demoting my own role and activities.
