Claimed they lost my paycheck in the mail and was not paid for 1 month with no sense of urgency, does not provide company cell phones based on their budget and is supposed to reimburse you every month for your phone but they do not pay your first month or last month of employment even though you use your phone for company business, lots of budget cuts since the company is doing extremely poorly and are downsizing, lots of layoffs every year, high turnover rate due to employees hating upper management and micromanager behavior, HR does not care to support employee concerns and side with upper managment

There were rounds of layoffs every few months. Depending on the specific office, they would blame the techs when the truth was that they planned outsourcing years earlier. At one office the European office leaked the US was being outsourced so management had a whole meeting about how they were definitively not outsourcing and that everyone needs to work harder - this was a lie and they fully outsourced not even six months later with the exact date we were told. At a different office still within BT they were transparent about outsourcing and allowed for recerts and volunteers and nearly everyone stayed and there was no drama or tension.
