      to outsource or not

      Pros

      Benefit package is good, especially the starting vacation / personal / and sick time you have starting on day 1

      Cons

      the constant moving of jobs across the country and aroung the world, as they are finding out that outsourcing, even to BT employees in another country, does have communicatoin limitations

      A decent stepping-stone or temp thing.

      Cons

      No internal advancement, no concern for employee morale, frequent changes in company structure so executives never have to keep any promises (at least for the U.S.)...nothing makes any sense, and most non-managers are constantly in fear.
